Regional Leadership Conference (A-Sec)

Every year the NSBE organization holds a conference for it's executive board members. Due to the vast number of NSBE chapters these conferences are divided by regions all across America. Both Kettering chapters are located in Region 4 (see image below). The conference consists of very detailed and informative meetings for each individual executive board member position and for the executive board as a whole. These meetings were facilitated by the Region's executive board members; who, despite their major positions, are very friendly and humble.

Our Chapter really enjoyed the conference and took back lots helpful tips for improving our chapter for our members. We wish all in our NSBE chapter can benefit from conference, thus we work hard to implement new changes fro the better.
